Bronze Portrait
Meeting 1: up to two hours, measurements and photos, contract signed, 30% deposit due
Meeting 2: approximately 3 hour sitting with subject, 35% fee due
Meeting 3: approximately 1-3 hours finalizing details (ears, eyes, and nose)
Delivery: 35% of fee final payment, plus any additional expenses such as travel, lodging, shipping
and handling, framing, or sales tax.
Painting Portrait
Meeting 1: photos, sketches, discuss likes and dislikes, preliminary approval of design, sign contract,
30% deposit due
Meeting 2: 3 hour sitting with subject
Meeting 3: 3 hour sitting, 35% fee due
Meeting 4: (if needed) 1-3 hour finishing, decide on framing
Delivery: 35% of fee final payment, plus any additional expenses such as travel, lodging, shipping
