The primary partners who did the legwork and made the mural project happen were
the BucKhannon-Upshur Chamber of Commerce, Upshur County Development Authority, Chase Bank, and Upshur
Arts Alliance. Many other members of the community, including West Virginia Wesleyan College and the law firm
of Nanners & Willet (the owners of the building) contributed to this community effort.

The mural is located at the
corner of Main and Kanawha Streets in Buckhannon, WV. Ross is the creater of the orginal seal; however Richwood
artist Deborah Dorland painted the mural.
