Witnesseth that the said Michael Greathouse and Rachel his wife for and in cons ideration of the sum of four hundred dollars lawful money of Virginia the receipt whereof i s hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliend enfeoffed released and confirmed an d by these presentsdo grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release and confirm to the said Abig a Waren and his heirs and assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land lying the followin g boundary situation on the head waters of Husteads fork of Booths Creek adjoining said Abig a Warin it being a part of said Greathouses home place that he gave off to his Son John G.
