Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to scheduled on-site inspection.  Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled on-site inspection may be subject to a cancellation fee.
 
Note:  Submitting this form does not constitute a binding acceptance of the order by the appraiser.  Adamovich Appraisals will contact the client to discuss the appraisal assignment to be performed.  At that time, Adamovich Appraisals reserves the right to accept/deny the appraisal assignment.  If you have not been contacted by Adamovich Appraisals within two business days of submitting your order, please contact us by telephone or fax, as we may be experiencing technical difficulties with our email.
