Class Prices and Payments
All class payments are due the first of each month. Monthly discounts are available
for those who are paid in full by the 10th. Payment is required whether the student attends class or not. You may make a payment
by mailing it to the address listed on the "Contact Us" page or with the secretary at the studio desk. If you have a balance
after the 10th of the month a late fee will be added.
Withdrawing From Classes
A space is provided for you child until the end of May. Parents must fill out a
two week written notice in advance, prior to withdrawing from a scheduled class. This is also considered common courtesy.
Otherwise, you will be billled for the class until that drop slip is turned into the secretary.
Make-up Classes
We understand that there are times of sickness and other circumstances where you
child may not be able to make it to class. We can arrange a make-up class, but you must call in prior to the class you will
be missing. Privates, semi-privates and trios must be cancelled 8 hours in advance. Also, all missed classes must be made
up within 2 weeks of the absence or you will not be permitted to make up the class.
Attire
Students should wear a dance leotard and tights for all dance classes. Shorts with
a t-shirt over the leotard is acceptable for gymnastics. Proper footwear in all classes is a MUST. NO JEWELRY OR GUM!!! Hair
must be securely fastened.
Visitors
When visiting our studio, we appreciate all visitors being quiet. Unless there
is an emergency we ask that no one enters the classroom. While the restrooms are located through Room 1, we ask that you please
use the restroom between classes. We will invite you to watch our closed citcuit TV during our Observation Weeks. The dates
for those will be posted in the waiting room and on the home page listed under "Important Dates".
