We are a small family owned kennel in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. We are located approximately one
hour west of the nations capitol of Washington D.C..
After a short break in Beagling, Bill and his wife Diedra decided to start looking at getting back into the sport.
The one thing Bill said from day one is "I want to have nice females". He knew that what he wanted in his
kennel was the dog that had great conformation and would be able to pound a bunny and do it day in and day out the same.
So, with that philosphy in mind he went searching and studying pedigrees along with talking to several long time beaglers. Bill
came up with a couple of nice hounds he would like to see in his future hounds pedigrees. So far here at Mtn. View Beagles
we have been lucky in getting some of these hounds.

The STUD(s)
Chip and Sly will be offered at Stud to select females in 2008. They are also UKC Select Sires.
Negative Brucellous Test before mating from our Vet.
Our dogs run with a knife and fork in their front paws because if they catch the bunny; they have every right
to eat him.
