T-shirts and Jerseys
Jeremy and Jason checked on prices at a T-shirt shop at the Mall and found the shirts were going to cost way too
much to have printed there. So Jeremy's brother had them printed up much cheaper (manufactured by Sluggo Corp).
The band took orders for the T-shirts the day of the show. The T-shirts were finished on April 25. On Thursday,
April 26, the T-shirts were delivered and for weeks Deengelbury T-shirts could be seen being worn around the school.
There were fifty-three T-shirts made and sold for $8 each. There were also six Jerseys made, but
those went to members of the band and were not sold to the public. Each T-shirt and Jersey came with a Certificate of
Authenticity signed by Wally Deengelbury.

The Jerseys had the same design on both front and back as the T-shirts, the only difference was the Jerseys had
black 3/4 length sleeves and the bottoms were cut a little different than the T-shirts.

Giant Wall Banner
On Saturday, March 25, Jeremy, Darrin, Harry, and Jason met in Harry's garage and started painting the large banner
that would hang behind the drums on the stage. It used the same design that was on the front of the T-shirts and Jerseys.
After school on Wednesday, March 29, they met again and did the final touches on the banner.
On the evening of Thursday, March 30, the band took their equipment to the school and set up for a rehearsal on
the stage. This is when the banner was hung behind the drums.
When the dance was over, Harry kept the banner. Today it is safely tucked away in storage. . . somewhere.

Newspaper Clipping
This is the only photo of the band that Metal XOR Studio has. It appeared in the local newspaper.
* Note the typo in the caption under the picture that says "The Traveling Deengelburts".

Concert Poster
There was a poster made by Jeremy, Joe, and Darrin during study hall on Wednesday, March 29. It was drawn/painted
on a standard sheet of posterboard and had the same world/eagle Deengelbury logo that appeared on the giant banner and the
fronts of the shirts. It presumably was hung in the school the evening of March 30, the same night the banner was hung
on the stage.
When the dance was over, Jason took the poster and had it in safe-keeping for years. It was discovered
just a couple years ago but its location at the moment, unfortunately, is not known. It is either in a safe storage
place or was sent to be recycled to help save the planet.
Concept Art
There was a lot of design that went into the T-shirts, the banner, and the poster. Each person had to create their
own logo for their Deengelbury nickname. Below are two examples of concept art by Jason "Doubletree Deengelbury".
* On the left is a picture of an alternate design of the Doubletree nickname logo (the one on the back of the shirts
is different). Also notice the note that was written from Dagwood to Doubletree regarding the dance.
* On the right is the original Traveling Deengelburys logo design that was replaced by the world/eagle design.

Future Projects
There are plans to one day release a CD containing songs of their performance at the dance along with various rehearsal
tracks.
And now with DVD home-recording technology so readily accessible a Traveling Deengelburys DVD is not out of the question.
The Complete Deengelbury Story was written a few years ago recounting many details about the band, rehearsals, and performance
at the dance. Metal XOR Studio is trying to get the rights to the story. When they do, the story will be
updated and available to read at this website.
If/when these projects ever materialize, it will be posted on the front page of this website.
