Customize your marker's color and finish, making it unique to you. Anodization is available in a wide variety of colors, and replaces the existing finish on the pieces. BNS is able to offer multi-color and patterned anodization, in addition to solid-color coating. Prices start at $10 per piece, with a minimum order of $30.
Aluminum anodizing is a process of growing an aluminum oxide layer on a bare aluminum part. Unlike iron oxide (rust), aluminum oxide will not flake off and becomes part of the aluminum, providing a very strong protective seal around the base aluminum. Our anodizing conforms to Mil Spec A 8625 F (Type 2). This oxide layer can accept the dye into it, and an addtional layer of sealant is applied to increase the durability of the surface and protect the dye color from fading. Anodized surfaces are ideal for laser etching, especially dark colors.

In-stock colors: Orange 3A, Deep Red, Yellow 4A, Green SCG, Blue 4A, Violet 3D, Black, Olive Drab. Samples available on request. Please note that samples may not be an exact representation of your final color due to differences in finish and aluminum alloys.
All non-stock colors available on request, but may be subject to one time stocking fee.

Anodization Guidelines:
- Anodization only works on clean, bare aluminum. Any other coatings on the metal can prevent the process from working correctly, and will have to be removed.
- Because anodizing requires the part to be bare aluminum, BNS Paintball provides stripping services at no extra charge.
- BNS Paintball will make every effort to provide you with the exact color you want. However, due to variations in alloys and dyes, it may not be possible for a perfect match.
- Payment in full is required prior to BNS Paintball starting work unless previously arranged.
- BNS will attempt to resolve any issues resulting from a technical failure in the anodizing process to the satisfaction of both parties.
- BNS reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
