Etching Guidelines:

  1. Etching works best when a clear, high-resolution black and white image or logo is provided. Grey-scale images can be etced in to anodized surfaces, but the result varies depending on the characteristics of the anodization.

  2. BNS has contracted with an external provider to offer original artwork or graphic design services at an additional cost.

  3. If the artwork provided requires additional processing before it is suitable for etching, BNS can clean up and format the image for a fee. The cost is dependent on the amount of work required, and an updated quote will be created before any editing is done.

  4. BNS will provide a digitally-created proof of the marker or product for approval prior to any etching work. After the proof is approved, no additional changes are allowed and the customer is responsible for payment in full.

  5. BNS will attempt to resolve any issues resulting from a technical failure in the etching process to the satisfaction of both parties.

  6. The customer is responsible for securing usage rights to any copyrighted work to be used in the design.

  7. BNS reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

*- BNS Paintball is not responsible for the loss of components of the marker that are not going to be etched, so do not send them. An additional fee will be assessed if you require us to to disassemble the marker for you.
