This project was hacked from a talking candy dish from Wally World.  Opening a wall wart transformer, I used the bridge rectifier and hooked it to the motor that drives the mouth.  The inputs are hooked to a stereo that plays an all dialog CD of The Raven from Edgar Allen Poe.  It played on a loop all night long.  The stereo and speaker is located behind the tombstone and there is also a raven with glowing LED eyes perched on the stone but it is hard to see in the picture.  This is a really neat prop and several people listened to the poem on Halloween night.
