We just
recently completed a $30,000.00 remodel of our condo that included an entirely new kitchen (cabinets, countertops, and appliances),
new flooring and paint throughout, and a 40” LCDTV. In addition to the
king sized bed in the bedroom, we have installed a wall bed in the living area that folds out to become a queen sized bed
with a real mattress (not a sleeper sofa). Our lanai looks out over the ocean
and in the winter, one can see the whales splashing a half mile off shore.
The
Pono Kai Resort is a nice quite resort in the town of Kapaa with shopping, dining, and entertainment available within walking
distance. The resort itself has all the features you would expect from a vacation
resort.
