EZE-PATCH FOR SPECTACLE WEARERS
EZE-PATCH is a slip-on occluder for children requiring occlusion therapy.
Once applied the occluder conforms to the shape of the area around the eye. Complete instructions
are on the reverse side of each package of EZE-PATCH.
EZE-PATCH is available in 6 colours and these colours are coordinated to the motif. Themes
for the motifs range from animals to spacecraft, transportation to sports, hearts to insects as well as dinosaurs and flowers.
The variations in design as well as everchanging stock due to availability restrict specific ordering of any motif pictured
on this site.
Occluders are available in RED, GREEN, BLUE, PINK, PURPLE, GRAY AND YELLOW.

SPECIFICS
EZE-PATCH is constructed from 100% nylon fabric with a polyester
foam core and nylon tricot backing. This fabric is hypo-allergenic and hand washable. With proper care each EZE-PATCH should last up to 3 months.
Each package of EZE-PATCH contains two occluders of different colours to provide variety for
your young patients.
