New Version 3 Features:

• Automatic detection of updates and the ability to automatically download and install updates.

• DOT Average fare data for all city pairs with 20 or more passengers per day (within 48 US states). This represents more than 4,000 city pairs. AirTM automatically shows all nearby city pairs and calculates the cheapest alternate route for you.

• Increased capacity, 2 to 5 times in most areas (e.g. 50 alternatives, each with 4 flights, times 4 legs = 800 flight limit, 9 priced itineraries * 12 alternate trips = 108 priced itineraries).

• Automatic Internet operation, including through corporate firewalls* (proxy servers). AirTM uses the Microsoft 32-bit Internet Transfer Control to ensure performance and compatibility in any situation, dial-up or dedicated line.

• Background operation - use your Browser or perform other tasks while Air Travel Manager works in the background.

Registration:

• Air Travel Manager is freely available with a limited feature set. Activating all of its features requires payment of the registration fee of $29. This provides a registration key unique to your Travelocity® Login Name. This key will work on any PC as long as your Login Name doesn’t change (prior to Version 3.1 the key was also specific to one hard disk).

• Air Travel Manager is available exclusively via download, both in a full install version (appx. 4 MB) and an update version (appx. 1 MB) from the AirTM web site at http://www.airtm.com.

• Registration is done from within Air Travel Manager via the Register menu (next to Help). Registration keys are sent via e-mail.

• Users can obtain the latest release of Version 3 at no charge via download, just as Version 1 updates were available for 5 years (1993-1998) at no charge.

• Simultaneous use of AirTM on more than one computer is not supported. Your registration key is valid for installation on multiple PC’s however (as long as your PC and Internet connection is supported by AirTM).

Unregistered Feature Limits:

• No new trips can be priced on the Itinerary Detail screen.

• Queries are limited to 6 priced itineraries and 6 airline flight alternatives per leg. This is far below the AirTM capacity of 50 flight alternatives per leg and 9 itineraries per trip (times up to 12 alternate dates and cities for registered users only).

• All other features are fully active. AirTM does not expire or install itself differently for registered and unregistered users.

• The shipped database provides sample reservations that you can recall to look at the reservation screens.

* Proxy server must provide unblocked access without a separate login or any security alerts when switching between non-secure and secure sites.
