Where is God's Country? It is anywhere
and everywhere, and anytime I can be outdoors in it, I am a happier person. My love of the outdoors has motivated
me to pursue the things that keep me close to it; archery and bowhunting. Any time I can be out in the wilderness
looking at the grandeur of God's creation, I feel more at peace with the world around me.
Archery is a passion of mine. For the last few years, archery
has been a big part of my life. I enjoy the challenge of it. I enjoy the fellowship found within it's diverse
population. Most of all, I love the fact the archery doesn't care if your young or old, short or tall, male
or female. Anyone can excel with the right attitude. My wife and kids have bows. I love the time we
can spend as a family on a 3D range or just shooting at a bag target. Archery's uniqueness makes is a great
and rewarding past time.
The name "God's Country Outdoors" encompasses several of my
ventures. God's Country Taxidermy was started in 2002 and was my first business. In 2007 I started Pathfinder
Arrow Wraps. In the same year, I decided to open an archery shop of my own. I wanted to incorporate
all of my businesses under the same name and God's Country Outdoors was begun. I hope to use my businesses to promote
archery, in all its forms, within my community. I also hope to meet new people and build lasting friendships.
