Maxine S. Hertel, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother was received into her Heavenly home on her 91st birthday, Tuesday, April 16, 2002. Her beauty, faith and contentment blessed every life she touched. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold W. Hertel. Surviving are her children, Richard and Phyllis Hertel, Linda and Calvin Dykstra; grandchildren, Pamela and Todd Menkveld, Amy and Steven Vander Wall; great-grandchildren, Justin Menkveld, Nathan Menkveld and Sarah Joy Vander Wall.
