She went on to her Maker on Sunday, April 2, 2006 after a valiant fight with Parkinson's disease until the end. Graduated from the U of MN and continued her education while teaching at Edina High School. She touched every student's heart in a different manner. Survived by husband, Frank; children, Frank Jr. (Vicki), Carrie Ohly-Cusack (Tom), Andrea Ohly-McGinn (Ted); grandchildren, Christopher, Gregory and Brennan Cusack, Elle and Aidan McGinn; brother, Samuel Hertogs (Shirley); her dog, Daisy and neighborhood squirrels, deer and birds. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to U of MN Parkinsons Foundation.
