Adolph Vermeer [Parents] 1 was born 2 on 10 Feb 1912. He died 3, 4 on 29 Jun 2000 in Grand Rapids, Kent County, Michigan, USA. Adolph married 1, 5, 6 Marguerite Cornelia Hofman on 31 Aug 1937 in Grand Rapids, Kent County, Michigan, USA.

In 1940/1959 He lived at 721 Watkins; Grand Rapids, Kent County, Michigan, USA.

VERMEER---Mr. Adolph Vermeer, aged 88, of Grand Rapids went to his Heavenly home Thursday, June 29, 2000.  He is survived by his  wife of 62 years, Marguerite (Hofman) Vermeer; children, Judy and Roger Seth, Sandy and Bob Ricucci, Dan Vermeer, Carol and Jim  Matzke, Robert and Nelba Vermeer; 13 grandchildren; two great grandchildren.  Adolph played an inspiring piano and soothing organ mostly  for his own enjoyment and those within earshot.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday 11:00 am at the Zaagman Memorial Chapel (2800  Burton, SE).  Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  The family will be at the Zaagman Memorial Chapel Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9  pm, Monday from 7 to 9 pm, and Monday from 2 to 4 pm at Fulton Manor.

Marguerite Cornelia Hofman 1 was born 2 on 20 Jun 1913. She died 3 on 9 May 2006. Marguerite married 1, 4, 5 Adolph Vermeer on 31 Aug 1937 in Grand Rapids, Kent County, Michigan, USA.

Vermeer - Marguerite C. Vermeer, age 92, of Grand Rapids, went to her heavenly home Tuesday, May 9, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Adolph Vermeer. She is survived by her children, Judy and Roger Seth, Sandy and Bob Ricucci, Dan Vermeer, Carol and Jim Matzke, Robert and Nelba Vermeer, 14 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, sister, Mildred and Don Van’t Hof, brother, John and Dot Hofman, and sister-in-law, Edene Hofman. Funeral services including committal will be held Friday 3:00 pm at the Zaagman Memorial Chapel with Rev. Harvey Kiekover officiating. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral chapel Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Grand Rapids Christian High School. Zaagman Memorial Chapel 2800 Burton St SE
