Strong evidence supports the fact that Elizabeth Wijers was indeed the same Liesabeth/Elizabeth Weijers who married Arnoldus van Loon in 1847. This is seen in her occupation as naaister or seamstress. It is seen from her place of birth, namely Kampen. And further the male occupation in the van Loon family was often sigarenmaker the same as in the Vermeer line of this Elizabeth Weijers' daughter (also Elizabeth).

They adopted three children, Margaret “Margie” Malony (1945–living), Charles Arnold Malony (1946-1990), and Sharon Rose “Sherry” Malony (1949- living). Margaret and Charles were biological siblings, originally from a large family in the Chicago area, with the surname of Rich. For reasons I do not completely know, as an adult Charles cut ties with the Malonys and changed his surname back to Rich. After Bob and Evelyn divorced about 1960, Bob married an RN named Carole (surname unknown) and adopted her three children, David, Daniel, and Debbie. The marriage was short-lived, and I don’t know what happened to Carole or her kids. Bob is buried in the National Cemetery, Mound City, Pulaski Country, Illinois.
