Herbert died in Valdosta, Lowndes County, Georgia, and Margaret died Tifton, Tift County, Georgia, where she was living with her daughter and son-in-law, Kay and Danny Weeks. As a parting gift, Landry has helped extend the lives of others by bringing health and hope to them through his generous donation to Gift of Life.
