Entries:  The scoring system we use will allow you to submit a full roster without having to declare individual races.  Registering your athletes this year is simple.

1. Go to www.athletic.net and register your athletes for the meet.
2. Be sure to include your full roster all at once.  You do not need to declare a race.  This should eliminate the need to make race day changes.  To discourage race day changes there will be an additional $5 fee per change (to be paid at that time) for any changes or additions made on race day.
3. We must receive your entries by Tuesday, September 14^th at 9 p.m. 

Course: Walk the course on your own (watch out for runners during the races). Maps will be provided and the course will be well marked, but runners are responsible for knowing the course.  The 5k High School course and the 1.5 mile 7^th and 8^th grade course will remain the same as last year, including the famous “goat hill.”  The running surface includes both bike paths and dirt trails designed for passing at all points throughout the race.  It is also a great course for spectators.  Expect Hills!

Entry Fee:  We are asking each school for $70 to help defray the meet expenses ($35 for girl’s team & $35 for boy’s team).  There will be a $40 charge for 7^th and 8^th grade teams ($20 each).  Make checks payable to LCHS Cross Country and send to Justin Taylor, Lakes Middle School, 930 N 15^th St. CDA, ID, 83814.

Awards:  Top 10 individual finishers in each race will receive awards as well as the top 3 teams in each race.  Please see race schedule.  (Plus some special prizes/awards)

Packets:  Race tags and maps can be picked up at the large shelter at the meet site next to the T-shirt sales.

Results:  Complete results will be hung on the large shelter shortly after each race concludes.  Results will be posted on the internet later in the afternoon www.athletic.net . Results will not be mailed.  If possible we will provide coaches only with a hard copy of the results, but this is not guaranteed.

T-Shirts and Concessions: Concessions will be sold by our cross country parents and a fantastic long sleeve t-shirt will be available for $15.
