Putnam Aging Program sponsors the Fayette County Senior Programs.
There are four Nutrition Sites in Fayette County;
- Ansted Nutrition Site - located on Cemetery
Street in the Pythias Lodge in Ansted - Vickie Fleming, Center Director
- Meadow Bridge Nutrition Site - located in
Meadow Bridge Community Center - Mary Bragg, Center Director
- Oak Hill Nutrition Center - located at 108
Lewis Street in Oak Hill - Carol Surface, Center Director
- Smithers Nutrition Site - located in Smithers
Community Center on Michigan Ave., Smithers - Betty Wood, Center Director
Nutrition sites serve a nutritious lunch daily at 12:00 (except Oak Hill which serves at 11:30),
Monday through Friday, except on State observed holidays or periods of inclement weather.
