Continuum of Care (Community Care) - a program that provides caregiver services to the Medicaid eligible that are in need of assistance with activities of daily living.

Grant Program - a program that is based on a sliding scale fee according to the clients income. This program provides caregiver services to individuals who are in need of assistance with activities of daily living.

Private Pay - a program that provides assistance with personal and/or chore services to individuals requiring assistance with activities of daily living.

Medicaid Waiver - a program that provides caregiver services to the elderly and disabled. These services include assistance with personal care, household chores and activities of daily living.
