Elvaara is the amalgamation of all the powers
that once reigned over Elves, Faerie and Fey creatures.
Before the advent of Gods Fall Elvaara was known as Trylla, a demi-goddess
in service to Eachthighern.
During the
Gods Fall Wars these gods met in secret and agreed that their best
hope of surviving would be to combine their power. At first they
combined into four 'beings' (Elvaar - Elves, Oberon & Titania -
Faerie, Skerrit - Fey). Though in time they soon learned that even
this was not enough to keep them safe, so they further combined
into one entity - Elvaara.
Sometime after the end of the Gods Fall Wars (approx. 500 AG) Syth, with help from Darkjoye, seduced a portion of each of the elvish races (except the Eridarin) away from Elvaara. These in
time became the Naydarin elves. Because of this Elvaara maintains
a raging hatred for Syth and still has no love lost for Darkjoye.
Many of the other deities are unsure of how to deal with Elvaara,
the mixture of various entities which make up her being give her a
unique and at times unfathomable outlook. She is close to and
quite fond of both Hurdaan and Khurne, and has good relations with
Yranna and Zamora as well. In response to his assistance during
Gods Fall Elvaara shares equally the worship of the Eridarin (Aquatic) elves
with Droghaan, and has begun to entertain romantic notions towards
him. |
