We are a group of musicians from the western Michigan area who enjoy playing and entertaining with a variety of German, Austrian and Bavarian "Oktoberfest" style folk music! The band was begun as an offspring of John Fleming’s German Band ensemble at Allegheny College Band Camp for Adult Musicians in Pennsylvania in 2002.  Members enjoyed playing the folk music so much that 2 of the members spearheaded an effort to continue playing the music together at home in western Michigan.

This small group gathered more musicians from members of community bands all over West Michigan. We are always open to new members.

Practice and pleasure are our principal goals. Fun is the name of the game, enjoy, enjoy, enjoy.
