The Blue Diamonds of Nienhagen, Germany, helped their hometown celebrate its 775th birthday on June 29 of this summer (the corps also hopes to make it to the state of Delaware in 2004 to help America celebrate its relatively young 228th anniversary) by playing host to an international music festival, featuring corps from USA, Denmark, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Germany.

The Blue Lake International Adult Community Band represented the USA at this event.
