A.H.C Barber & Beauty College Agreement
I ___________________ hereby acknowledge the term and agreement before me with my enrollment into A.H.C Barber & Beauty College. Student(s) must be 17year of age to enroll and 18 year of age by graduation. Students must report any financial, family emergencies on the reason I cannot continue training. Within 15 day of my enrollment I will be allowed to require my full refund from AHC Barber & Beauty College. Monthly payment excepted on the first and/or fifteenth of every month.

 I __________________ agree to the conduct and appearance code of the A.H.C Barber & Beauty College. Students must be tact and courteous to clients and others. Agreeing to this contract also allow the school to terminate my enrollment if my conduct is not compliant to A.H.C Barber & Beauty College. Students must comply with all the school’s guide lines.
