ORDERING

HOW TO ORDER BY E-MAIL, SNAIL MAIL OR ORDER FORM:
 

WINDOWS: 

  • Send a description of what you are interested in.  A picture or sketch of your ideas will be helpful.  I would love a photograph of the installation area.
  • I will need the sizes of the rough window opening (untrimmed size). 
  • Send a budget estimate, your address and phone number, e-mail address. I will get back to you in a few days.

LAMPS

  • Send a description of the type (hanging, table, lantern) and style of design you want.  
  • Send your address, phone number and e-mail address. I will get back to you in a few days.

QUILT SQUARES

  • Pick a pattern or send one that you like.
  • Pick a size.  Generally prices are as follows:

        6"  55.00        9"  70.00       10"  80.00

  •  Pick a frame.  Oak 9" and 10"   40.00               6"   35.00       Metal   10.00

Shipping and Handling


We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard UPS Ground only.

Standard UPS Ground shipping is included in the price of the Quilt Squares. 
 
Other shipping and handling charges will be included in the commission estimates for windows and lamps.
 
All items will be insured when shipped.


Returns

I try my best for your complete  satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I want to hear about it!  Let me know if something is wrong and I will do what I can to make it right.  Please e-mail me first before returning an item so we can determine the best course of action.
 
PLEASE handle the glass with caution!  It is extremely fragile and I will not be responsible for breakage.  If breakage occurs during shipping, please contact the shipper and myself.  All shipments are insured. 
 
I will send instructions on handling, installation and cleaning.
