We offer one free audition/consultation to each client. There is a minimum fee of one hour for all events. A nonrefundable deposit of half the total fee is required to secure your date and time. The balance is due 15 days prior to your event and is nonrefundable. Overtime is charged if your event runs longer than 15 minutes over the reserved time. You will be billed in 1/2 hour increments. Travel, mileage, and parking fees may apply. Rehearsals are required with soloists or for special music. However, it is not necessary for us to attend your wedding rehearsal. Breaks apply to events that are 2 hours or longer. We will take a 15-minute break each hour beginning after the 1st hour. Rates are subject to change.
