Guarantee?
There is a 10 day money back guarantee (minus shipping). Much care was taken to make sure each unit sounds consistantly the same.  Just like the clips! 
 
 
I have seen other versions of the magnavibe online. Which is the current version?
The website is up to date. The magnavibe has been through a number of revisions. Only the first 10 had tremolo.  It was revised to get a much deeper, rounder vibrato which cancelled out the tremolo. The current version is definitely more magnatone-like.
 
 
What is the wait time?
0-10 days. Usually they are in stock. Please email for wait time.
 
 
What is the enclosure size?
4 5/8" x 2 1/2" x 1 1/2"
 
 
Does the warranty include 'noise when using an adapter'?
No. Adapters can be a pain with noise. All BigfootFX pedals are tested with a seven year old Godlyke Power-all and are dead quiet.
 
 
Does BigfootFX do endorsements?
Not at this time.
 
 
Are bigfootFX pedals sold in stores?
Not at this time. The prices are wholesale directly to the customer from the maker.
 
 
Will you build a pedal to my custom ideas?
Not at this time. But unfinished enclosures are kept in stock for those who don't want color.
 
 
I am in a band.  Your business would get publicity if I used your pedals. So I deserve free gear or at least a discount.

My country has import tariffs.  Can you mark the form as a gift or mark a lower value?
We cannot change the product value on the Customs Form for reduced import taxes in your country. It is illegal. Thanks
