The first mailing was sent out on
July 27th with this information and we have recieved some of the returns as a result of address changes since the last reunion.

Our second meeting was August 3rd and we were
still working on getting information from vendors and have nothing to report. Another meeting was held in Sept and we
will be putting together another letter soon.

12-20-10
Here we are close to the end of 2010 and getting ready
for another reunion year. It is hard to believe we are 55 years away from graduation. The date has already been set for FRIDAY,
AUGUST 19TH 2011.
We will be sending details on time, dinner menu, golfing
information and other necessary information in a mailing in late April or early May of next year. Ticket price for the
reunion dinner will be $40.00 each.
Arrangements have been with the Hampton Inn adjacent
to the Strong Bow Inn for 10 rooms at 109.00 plus taxes. If we fill these rooms they will add additional rooms if we request
them. We will deal with this issue in the next letter. The rooms include two queen beds and a full breakfast. The
rooms are all non smoking rooms. They only have 4 smoking rooms which are not set aside at our rate. Other motels in the area
may have more smoking rooms available. Our agreement with them ends on JULY 18th at which time they will move any unreserved
rooms to their regular inventory.
The Hamton Phone number is 219 531 6424. Ask for Jennifer
or Christie and indicate you are wanting to reserve a room for the Hobart 55th reunion. They prefer we us the direct
number as opposed to the 800 number.

the items discussed were the weekend agenda, booklet, music, last mailing and reservation deadlines. This information
will be mailed shortly and you will then be able to make your reservations. Remember you have been able to make Motel
reservations since the last mailing.

The mailing went out on May 15th and we already have
two replies. Keep an eye on the response page to see who has replied and if they are attending.
Sorry to report we are having a problem with the signin on
the guestbook link. We are trying to get this sorted out with Lycos and will do what we can to get it up and running
again.
