We are a small, growing company and have had the best success with employees from large corporate manufacturing environments looking for a change to a more flexible, friendly workplace with minimal politics, paperwork, and meetings. Successful employees will be flexible in their job duties, use good judgement in all aspects of the job and be able to manage their own time as much as possible. We offer medical benefits after 90 days of full-time employment.

In a typical day here, raw material is accurately mixed, dried and loaded in machines. Molding machines are started up and begin producing parts. The majority or our production is automated with either robotic removal or simple conveyors, but we still run a significant number of parts with someone operating machines in a semi-automatic mode. We also overmold inserts that are loaded by hand in the machine. All parts here require 100% visual inspection. Some are trimmed by hand. Our manufacturing approach here is based upon the "theory of constraints" which is unusual in our industry. There is a significant effort here in research and product development. We have modern, computer-controlled molding and machining equipment and a complete machine shop for building and maintaining molds using SolidWorks and MasterCAM.
