After the your Network properties have been properly set you are ready to configure your
Dial-Up Networking properties.

After your computer restarts, close the Control Panel, and go back into
"My Computer," and double-click on "Dial-Up Networking."

Right-click on CTLnet (or whichever connection you use to dial into us), and
then left-click on "Properties."
