This model is of the Enterprise as seen in Star Trek : First Contact, Star Trek : Insurrection and
Star Trek : Nemesis. It was completed in 2004.
The model is about 5 feet long. The scale is 1/516. This is about the same as the AMP/Ertl
movie Enterprise kit. It is also in scale with my NCC-1701-D model. The warp drives detach for transport.
The captain's yacht is help on by a magnet in the lower saucer.
This model won the first place Sci-Fi ships, Best Sci-Fi and Best of Class at I'Con in
Des Moines, IA and first place Sci-Fi, Most Innovative and Best of Show at Glue Crew in Wausau, WI.
