Roy does not appear in the 1900, 1910, or 1920 Census records with his family members. Roy Baker appears in the 1930 Census with wife Irene and parents James & Clara. Roy & Ruth Baker appear in the 1940 Census. Leroy & Irene Baker appear in the 1940 Census. It is possible that Herman & Roy were twins and the Census takers, confused by their similar names, did not list them both. Or, Roy could have died before 1900 and Herman may have occasionally taken the name of "Roy H. Baker" Herman Leroy married Irene (last name unknown). Irene was born about 1903 in Ohio.
