Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc (VVA) Membership is open to U.S. armed forces veterans who served on active duty
(for other than training purposes) in the Republic of Vietnam between February 28, 1961 and May 7, 1975; --and-- those
who served in any duty location between August 5, 1964 and May 7, 1975.
Associates of Vietnam Veterans of America (AVVA) Membership is open to everyone. Members include
veterans, spouses, parents, children, and friends of Vietnam veterans. All veterans are welcome to join AVVA.

Other Ways You Can Help
Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc. depends on the support of individuals, corporations, and organizations to help carry
out critical services and programs VVA provides for the benefit of Vietnam veterans and their families, and other veterans.
VVA relies totally on the private contributions, which are totally tax deductible.
Gifts of any size are greatly appreciated. Special gift-naming opportunities, scholarship funding, and
sponsorships are available. Contact your local chapter or state officer for information.
Financial donations may be directed to local chapters,
state officers, or the National VVA. All are registered 501(c)(19).
Household Goods donations should be made directly
to thrift store vendors. Pick-up is available only in the Triad area of North Carolina and may be scheduled
