Harrisburg School was located on the northeast corner of Truman Street and 36th Avenue, at the west edge of the village of Harrisburg.  It was a traditional one-room school house with one teacher.  The teacher taught grades kindergarten – 8th.  The school closed in 1958 when the district joined the Ravenna Public Schools District.   The school building was later converted into a residence.
