Lachmann School was located on the northeast corner of Harding Street and 8th Avenue.  A traditional one-room school house, it served Grades Kindergarten – 8th.  It closed in 1957.  It has since been demolished.

 

 

Notice, in the 1905 Tax Statement below, that the Lachmann School Board did not think they needed any tax revenue to operate their school.
