Some customers want a site built house for any variety of reasons. Some lots will not support a modular home, the
roads are too narrow or steep, or the crane cannot set up. Sometimes if it more economical to build a house from scratch
than it is to install a modular. Some developments will not allow modulars, or sometimes the customer just prefers a site
built home. We offer site built homes, either on your land or ours, using your blueprints or ours.
We can work with you, using the exterior and interior colors you choose. We will help you decide on materials and
appliances, giving you a choice of quality building materials from local suppliers. Check with David and let him know what
