TUBERGEN — Mrs. Annette H. Tubergen , aged 90, of Grand Rapids, went to be with the Lord Sunday, March 23, 2003 in Naples, FL. She was predeceased by her husband, Renard and daughter, Renee. She is survived by a son, David Gerard and Marianne Tubergen ; a daughter, Janet Tubergen ; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Marie Van Putten; and brother-in-law, Clarence DeKorte. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 PM at Plymouth Heights Christian Reformed Church. Private interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
