From Cecil O'Dell's "Pioneers of Old Frederick Co., VA", Published by Walsworth Publishing Co., Marceline, MO, 1995: p. 198 - "On 17 Nov. 1752, James Hayworth (who moved to Virginia in 1739) received a 227-acre Fairfax grant on Great Spring Branch of
Back Creek.  It was surveyed on 26 April 1751.

On 4 August 1755, James and wife Sarah sold 227 acres to Thomas Doster for 60 pounds.

James was deceased by 1759 and his wife Sarah moved to BUSH RIVER QUAKER MONTHLY MEETING IN NEWBERRY COUNTY SOUTH CAROLINA in 1768.

On 10 Oct. 1768, their daughter Jemima and John Wright (son of John--son of James and Rachel Wright) were married in Berkeley County, South Carolina.

Absalom Hayworth (a son?) was deceased by 2 June 1752 when his will was proved in Frederick County Court with witnesses John Lewis, BENJAMIN INMAN and John Rubel."

Sarah. Sarah married James Haworth.
