My name is Leslie Pierce and I am the mother of a child with Propionic Acidemia. I put this page up as a resource
for other parents out there looking for information or just some good old fashioned hope. Of course, saying that, I
have to qualify it also. (What would life in the good ol' U S of A be without disclaimers?) Every child responds
to this disease differently. Some crises are worse than others, some children are genetically more resilient and withstand
the insult better. Take this website as it was intended: a proclamation of what Faith, Hope and Love can do. Life with
PA comes with no promises. Hold on to each day as if it were your last, and the first in a string of a very long life.
