Scott & Amy Were Wed At Sunrise July 4, 1999 Well, as you may or may not know Scott and Amy met through their hairdresser, Candee, back in 1996.  Then at sunrise on Sunday, July 4, 1999 they wed in a meadow on Amy's parents farm.  Although Amy & Scott currently live in Durham, NC, they both long to get back toward the beautiful mountains of North Carolina so they can be nearer to Scott's family in Hickory and Amy's family in Green Creek.
