This is Samantha Green and her new puppy, Dixi. This picture was taken the first day Dixi was home with
Samantha. Dixi is a "schnoodle," part schnauzer and part poodle. Samantha's Mom, Shelly, says that Samantha is
quick to point out to people that she named her puppy BEFORE the movie "Because of Winn-Dixie" came out (a dog movie). Samantha is 9 1/2 and in 4th grade. Shelly, Samantha's mother, was Amy's mentor, and
first boss, right out of college.
