þ     Strong technical and analytical skills developed while earning BS Electrical Engineering and MS Mechanical Engineering degrees from Stanford University

þ     Broad experience leading and working with groups in various public, private, and volunteer organizations.

þ     Extensive continuing education in financial management, strategic planning, project management, and group dynamics

þ     Mike is one of only three Mill Creek Councilmembers to have earned the AWC Certificate of Municipal Leadership.
