Playing smash mouth stop and stuff defense, the Mavericks held the Bobcats to 28 net yards of offense

Dropped for another loss. The Bobcats found themselves in second and long situations regularly resulting
from the defensive play of Josh Steffey (50), Mitch Boone (57) and Cody Parker (65).
Closing out the regular season with a record of 8-2, and leading Summers County 42-0, the Mavericks had
one last Senior Night goal to accomplish. They were intent on preserving the shut out.
