PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 10 Years - Deputy Clerk, Erie County Command Pleas Court, Juvenile Division. 16 Years - Command Administrative Officer, Supply Management Officer and Facilities
Manager with the Federal Government. 9 Years - Administrative Technician and Recruiter with the Federal Government. Prior to becoming a Deputy Clerk of Courts, he
had 16 years management experience in the administrative and logistical fields that included input to the operating budgets,
long-range planning, management analysis, personnel and position management, records management, forms control,
preparation and authentication of correspondence, regulations and orders, and individual and group communications. Responsible for 30-54 employees who carried out the day-to-day tasks. SPECIAL SKILLS Inspected and evaluated effectiveness of organizations and their programs in
administrative, logistical, readiness and other regulatory matters. Instructor, Trainer, Public Relations, Leadership. MILITARY SERVICE - Enlisted and Commissioned Highest enlisted grade attained was as a Staff Sergeant. He received a commission in 1970 as a Second Lieutenant after graduating from Ft Benning GA Officer
Candidate School and received several promotions, attaining the rank of Lt Colonel in 1987. Duty assignments included command, staff
administrative and logistics management. His last duty assignment
was as an Engineer Staff Officer (Mobilization Designee) with the Assistant Chief of Staff for Engineers, Pentagon, Washington
