GENEALOGY HOME PAGE
OF
MICHAEL FROMHOLT
&
CHARLENE WOODARD
Hello, I am now almost fully back online. New web address, but almost all the same material from my old site. I do not have my online data here, but it is accesable from the below link. Since this site gets less traffic, I decided to put it on their site. Please enjoy.
ATTENTION: MY COMPUTER CRASHED ONCE AGAIN! The good news is, that I now have a brand new computer. The bad news is, I've lost ALL email from before 20 April, 2006. So, if you've contacted me once before, please contact me again and let me know who you are, what family you are researching, and your email address. With the new OUTLOOK, I can now save messages a lot easier, which I'll be saving to cd and storing for future computer crashes.
Thank you for your patience.
We are on the internet most early evenings. I am usually on facebook.
Brig Gen Walfried H Fromhold, USMC --A small biography of a distant Fromhold cousin, now deceased, that attained the rank of Brigadier General in the United States Marine Corps.
322nd Field Artillery --This site is for the unit my grandfather served in in WW 1. I hope to eventually have battery rosters on it,as well as those that were killed or injured during the conflict. It also has a short diary that my grandfather wrote while serving overseas.
Fromholt & Woodard Family Migration Map- This takes you to Google Maps and a database of where our ancestors were born, married, lived and died. As time goes on, I will add more informatin to each
place, such as links to pictures, or pictures themselves.
Cope Family Research Center--- This is a website that I have done for those interested in the Cope family.Covers all North American Cope families.Always under construction.
READ BEFORE CLICKING--Online Database----I have permenently moved my online data to World Connect, which is part of Rootsweb.com. I mainly did this to save server space on my server for my website. Another reason is because now I can have over 13,000 people on the online data, helping to connect me to other reasearchers. Offline, I now have 60,000 individuals on both mine and Charlene's lines. If you have any problems, please let me know.
Germany, 2003--This will take you to our pictures from our Germany trip in September of 2003. We visted with two distant Fromhold cousins, as well as visited the village where the Fromhold's came from. We also did the touristy things as well.
Germany, 2005--In February of 2005, my wife and I, along with my father and sister, Mary Seifert, made another trip to Germany. This trip included a visit to Verdun, in France, where my dad's father fought in WWI, and to small villages where our Gebhart, Steffen and Rettich lines came from in Germany. We also did more of the touristy thing as well. Not to mention having a good time.
Old St Peters Cemetery--Located near Elizabeth, Harrison Co, Indiana. This abandoned cemetery is being restored. Click here to see it's history.
