research it appears that Dancing on Ice star Kristina Lenko may have
wore the fashionable posh bob before Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice)
had
the style herself. This may be the case but it also seems that the
hairstyle became a huge hit after it became popular with Victoria
Beckham's fans. Hence the name Posh Bob.
This happens a lot in history,
one person comes up with something but through someone else it gains a
lot of popularity.
The
striking haircut has become a huge hit with posh's female fans, but
Kristina says she is inundated with letters asking who her stylist is.
Canadian-born
Kristina, who partners tennis star Greg Rusedski in the popular ITV1
show says: "My hair was below my waist for a long time.
"But just before the first series of Dancing on Ice I told my stylist, 'do what you like'.
"He
came up with this and I was delighted - it's so easy to look after.
Since then I've been asked to direct so many people to my hairdresser,
but he's back in Toronto I'm afraid!
"I'm
flattered and humbled that so many people like it so much. I was in the
Australian version of the show when Jayne Torvill said, 'Guess who's
got a Kristina cut now? Posh!' That's pretty amazing."

The former Spice
Girl supposedly got fed up with her long hair. Everybody is speculating
about the reason why she changed her look to her famous Posh Bob.
It is said that she needed the new Hair Style for a Fashion Show or that she hates everybody copying her long hair style.
Fact is that her
London Star Hairdresser Ben Cooke cut her a "Pob" (Bob). He commented:
"She just wanted to have a new look." Her positive facial features and
her excellent oval face shape is just perfect for a Bob. A haircut like
this will cost you about 320 Euro, including blow drying.
Ben Cooke a
short hair expert has been a talented hairdresser for more than twenty
years. In the London Chelsea Cooke and Jonathan Long have their own
salon "Lockonego" (anagram of their both family names).
Nowadays he is working for famous fashion designer like Valentino, Versace and Dolce & Gabanna.
