I made my own firewall and during this process I found out how hard it is to get this stuff to bend with the flanging pliers so after consulting with Tony Spicer I decided to drill out the flanges and simply bend them over.  It worked great!

A Dremel with a fiber cutting wheel worked well to cut out the hole for the fuel tank filler spout feature.

During the process of assembling the front and rear fuselage I would turn the whole assembly on its side to get better access.  I could do it by myself if needed but I prefered to get help.
