Ueda is the main producer for Geneon Entertainment. He is not part of the Wild Geese, but hired their
key personnel. His duty as a producer is to supervise various matters, such as funding for the project. Ueda was hired

Tomokazu Tokoro
Tomokazu Tokoro is the director of the Wild Geese. He searches for locations
to photograph and use as design samples for the OVA. As director, Tokoro wields ultimate creative control and authority
on the production for this project, ensuring the final quality of every section’s work within the Wild Geese team.

Yousuke Kuroda
Kuroda is the screenplay writer. His job is to ensure that everyone understands the
story flow so that everyone will work under the same objectives. Once his script is approved for production, pre-production
begins. His past experience as
Screenwriter includes many famous series such as Madlax, Trigun, s-CRY-ed, Onegai Teacher, Gungrave, Excel Saga, and Demonbane.
Kuroda is also the owner of Orphee, a small design company known for their script work on various animations,
live-action projects (also known as 'tokusatsu'), and game projects.

Hideyuki Kurata
Kurata is the OVA scriptwriter. It should here be pointed out that a scriptwriter is not the same
as a screenwriter. Kurata's scriptwriting job is to create the characters’ dialogue according to the screenplay
scenario.
He and Kuroda have worked together on the Excel Saga production team. His most recent work as scriptwriter
was for the Gun x Sword series.

Ryoji Nakamori
Nakamori is the primary character designer for the Hellsing Ultimate OVA. This is his first position

Hideki Tonokatsu
Tonokatsu takes care of the storyboards, along with Kazuhiro Higa.
Storyboards are a sequence of rough sketches created to give an idea of the final animation. A storyboard
will also cover camera angle and movement.
His past credits as a storyboard creator include Sousei no Aquarion, Genshiken and few episodes of Hikaru
no Go.
Tonokatsu is officially listed as a vice-supervisor of Wild Geese. In truth, he is more of a true supervisor,
since the official supervisor--Hirano-sensei a.k.a. the God—claims to keep his hands out of most work on the OVA. His
duties include crosschecking on the team, making sure that everything is going according to plan. Tonokatsu is quite well
known; he has been involved with famous anime titles such as Silent Mobius, Crayon Shinchan and Happy Lesson.

Kazuhiro Higa
Kazuhiro Higa, also known as Romanov Higa, works on the storyboards
along with Tonokatsu. Their work is essential to help the directors and cinematographers visualize scenes from the OVA and
find potential problems before they occur.
Higa has created several animated features: Urda (a series composed of 5-minute
shorts), Something, Wired Bob, Sandstorm: "Scoop", Sandstorm: "Debut", Burst!, and Oneday Somegirl. This is his first position
as a storyboard writer.

Yagishita

is now focusing his work only on Hellsing. Besides Noein, he has worked as a GCI and 3D animator on a tokusatsu (live-action) title:
